New md2 compliant 3D RAD Actors were added to the RAD page. The new actors support the most of the animations/states of a md2 model. Links updated.

New Darkbasic demos added. They include Blast, a minimal shot'em up game, and Kick, a minimal fighting game. The code is as simple as possible to better show the basic concepts, thus allowing beginners to learn from it. Also, the site appearence was improved a little. Links updated.

New 3D Canvas tutorial: Unwrapping techniques, for 5.5c and up. Also, some minor modifications was made to the other Canvas tutorials to fit them to Canvas LP as well. Links updated.

The 3D models section was updated with md2 versions of Valkire and Akiko. Also, Akiko was enhanced with a new animation set for fighting. Plus 3ds modeling poses and tga texture layers was added to the models distribution for easy customization.

3D RAD Actors added. These resources are a replacement for the Player and AI Tanks provided in the 3D RAD distribution. You can use the Softskin Tools to convert md2 models to RAD, then use the Actors to play the models in your RAD project. For 3D RAD 5.1 and up.

3D RAD Softskin Tools 2.0 added. These are three sample projects showing how to get a real time soft-skin animation from a DirectX frame-by-frame animation. They are for 3D RAD 5.1 and up. These tools are great to convert md2 characters to be used with RAD.

3D Canvas tutorial: Hierarchy animation added. It shows how to build hierarchy animations with 3D Canvas and how to export them for game engines. Darkbasic tutorial: DirectX animation and linked weapons added. It shows how to handle an animated X model and how to link weapons to it, plus some useful snippets are included. Links updated.
